this one did not take well

but love the valance with

the apple on it. Lea did it for

me and i still have it done.

fireworks

These are some of the fireworks that
went off in Mascoutah on July 5th since
they postponed them on the 4th due
to the rain. it is nice we can watch them
from out house and avoid the crowds and all
that go to see them.

our garden for the most part is doing good. we are starting to have some tomatoes wanting to turn colors so that is nice.

siding work

The siding is finished and looks good. It is cheaper
than what the insurance wanted to do the siding
for seems like some people when things happen
up the price or find places more expensive to do the
work. Ben fixed the screen that they wanted 300.00
for and he did it for free. just glad that part is done

wii game he told her one day

last week he sees him getting this

game in his future. so she got him the

game for Fathers Day.

co-op fruits and vegs

i participated in a co-op today and got lots of fruits
and veges most we will eat. have never cooked
asparagus so will have to try that out.

look at this carrot it is huge. i did cut 2 of them
and will use them for dinner in the next day or so.
i have never seen a carrot so big though.
