bind it all

you would think that after buying this bind it all i would use it more but nope i have hardly used it so today i was putting some young women books altogether i decided to check out this blog of bind it all things and now I am wanting to be creative with my bind it all. weird how just a small project you are doing makes you want to then do more with what you already have on hand.

This next week might be a good week to do some of that anyway as the weather here is just so weird. it rained all day yesterday and then this morning we have a dusting of snow. I was so ready to put the winter coats and clothes away but i guess we have to keep them out for just a bit longer.

motivation after a trip

It seems like after a trip I have no motivation to do much. I have been doing things but almost like I have to make myself do the things i normally do. I know some of it is the pollen and all that in the air and making me not motivated to do things other it is just lack of ambition to do anything.

The girls are leaving friday for a church road trip to Nauvoo IL and will be back Sunday. There is about 10 of them going and they have 2 rooms at a Marriott. They are all excited. This will be the first trip they really have taken with no adults at all. You just love to see how they have grown up and what they enjoy doing now and what they do in their spare time. They do not normally have a lot of spare time though.

well I am off to at least try to do some dishes for the night

I just got back from Nebraska and had a fun time with both sets of twins. We made cookies and so they are now eating one yummy. They really did most of the work themselves.

Cassidy just laying there. when i first got there they were not so alert but by the time i left they sure were more alert and staying awake more and smiling a lot more it was fun to see the small changes they were making from the time i got there until i left.

here is something i did today for a challenge i am on
for a group. I thought it was a fun one and gets my
brain thinking how to be really creative again. this
was the perfect cutouts for some of the new years
eve dance they had at church this year.

This was a fun blog too so not so down so that was
a good thing to do too.

blogging again

seems like i go from one extreme to the other where i will blog for a bit and then i just forget to do it and then when i do i do not have much to say or it is not such good news it seems.

I guess that is all part of life and have to put the bad with the good too i guess.
Ben has been in Colorado this week and his dad has been in the hospital all week. They are now
trying to figure out where to move him. He is not able to go back to the assisted living place right now until he gets better but he does not qualify for the hospice either. they have found a place that will try to get him stronger but not work him too hard. He has Aneurysms and has had them for a few years and until now has been able to do things without too much trouble. now he is getting weaker and he has had some minor strokes. This morning his sister got a phone call and said that his dad had a minor heart attack so not sure what is going on now yet. I am just praying that things do not get too difficult for him.
